We create impactful partnerships with social enterprises and esteemed entrepreneurs, dedicated to empowering local youths, women, and marginalized groups with enduring skills for self-sustainability.

Since our inception, our collaboration with Brick by Brick Construction Company Ltd has been a catalyst for transformative technical training in innovative and sustainable construction technologies. Over 37 youths have acquired comprehensive skills, ranging from ISSBs production and water tank construction to masonry, painting, welding, tiling, and terrazzo finishes.

These empowered youths have formed teams in Gobero, Terego, Bundibugyo, and Masaka, actively transforming their communities and training others. With a vision of evolving these teams into companies in the near future, they are sowing the seeds for lasting positive change 9 women have obtained expertise in painting, landscaping, and electrical works, and unlocking avenues for income generation. These training initiatives not only empower individuals but also catalyze a positive cycle of skill development, leading to improved livelihoods and a thriving future.
