Econstructive Innovations Initiative is a Ugandan not-for-profit organization committed to transforming lives through education, entrepreneurial innovation and youth empowerment.
Our vision is to transform, uplift and empower youths with quality education and entrepreneurial skills, breaking the cycle of poverty, and fostering a society driven by innovation and abundant opportunities.
WHAT WE DO
Fostering and creating, opportunities in communities.
Education Care
Many children miss out on education due to lacking basic necessities. We provide school fees, materials, and meals to these underprivileged kids.
Economic Empowerment
We combat youth poverty by offering technical training in sustainable construction, creating income opportunities for marginalized groups.
Transforming Communities
We build schools, homes, and WASH facilities using sustainable local resources; fundraising for housing for elderly in need.

Busagula Primary School
Our efforts are focused on conducting educational needs assessments in schools located in rural areas of greater Masaka. This is done with the aim of identifying school-going children who require financial support to remain in school and complete their education.

Every contribution made towards the “stay in school” campaign goes a long way in ensuring that more children in Uganda are able to access quality education. Together, we can create a better future for the children of Uganda and help drive lasting, positive change in their lives.

We strive to cover fees and providing scholastic materials for needy students, especially orphans. Our holistic approach to education focuses not only on academic support but also on creating conducive learning environments for students in resource-deficient regions.
